PRIMES' team of employees is highly motivated and competent, demonstrating and also applying their skills in the areas of development, production and testing. All PRIMES products are developed and approved in-house. This fact, together with PRIMES' high in-house manufacturing ratio, guarantees our know-how when it comes to the creation, functioning and applications of our products.

PRIMES has its own technical centre, with various laser sources that are used in today's material processing. Using these laser sources, in addition to our cooperation with external R&D facilities, serves to deepen and expand our expertise in products and applications. Only by knowing the limits of your devices can you continuously improve them.

Collaboration with our research partners leads to participation in national and internationally funded joint projects. PRIMES supports the standards work of the German Institute for Standardisation, DIN, in the fields of beam diagnostics and systems approval. PRIMES regularly presents its research findings at national and international symposiums, as well as in specialist articles. PRIMES is a member of the German photonics competence network and of Optence, its regional offshoot in the Rhineland-Palatinate and Hessen.

PRIMES has held regular workshops on beam diagnostics since 2004. Current challenges in laser measurement are discussed at these events.

All these activities guarantee that PRIMES beam diagnostics devices are optimally suited to the measurement challenges facing our customers in the real industrial environment.
